I don't, but I use extended addressing on my mail server. Basically my real address is
me@mydomain.com but any mail sent to
me-anything@mydomain.com gets delivered to
me@mydomain.com.
So *every* place I do anything email with gets its own address, if I start getting spammed I change the mail server rules to send it back to them
