Am I wrong, are these two reversed? I am reading 60Hz frequency from the Blue wire and 2KHz from the Yellow wire.

The reason I am asking is because I have relied on your articles from the past, but this one is really throwing me -- should I be checking to see if someone removed both wires from the DME then actually 'reversed' them from their former locations?
