I have seen the SOFTT-W kits and have seen the courses from sobtactical.com but they are way out in PA. Haven't found anything close to Dubuque IA yet other than EMT/EMS.
By the way, I found a Durango to replace our current one. Even has higher towing capacity.

The dark angel guys do courses all over the country and their lead instructor was an SF medic.
