Its a PDR dent duller. The tabs are hot glued on to the area then pulled. The glue comes in different strengths depending on the amount of tension needed to pull the dent. The glue sticks are color coded. The tabs also come in various shapes, sizes, surface dimples to fit different size dents, grip. The solvent is alcohol.
They are great tools but not miracle tools. Don't expect to buy the tool and Wa-La the dent is removed perfectly the first time. There is a learning curve and larger dents will require more pulls. The hardest part is understanding the tension in the panel to get a dent to pull properly.
