In 1986, I was driving around with a friend in my 944. We stopped by a Porsche dealership just to look around.
There were several 911s on the lot for sale. I saw this 1983 sc with 19000 miles on it, thought it looked good. A salesman came out and asked me if I wanted to test drive it. I did, stalled it once, then traded in the 944 for the sc. I still have it.
