I show my six pack to the cashier at the beer store at least once a week....
At 54 I can drop weight pretty easily and was down to 170 lbs at 5'10" last year before summer.
Was in a bicycle accident at the beginning of June and kind of took me off the rails as far as fitness goes. I could easily put on and take off my 501s without undoing the top button. Right now? No!
It seems that as I age, it is still easy to get strong and at least maintain fitness but my flexibility sucks. Much easier to be injured and a much longer recovery time.
