Proof: The 2nd spoonful is not 100% coffee, as opposed to the 1st, which is 100% milk.
The 2nd spoonful is (100% - X%) of coffee. The coffee that is moved to the milk cup is not enough to balance the milk that was moved to the coffee cup in the 1st spoonful. But, that means X% of milk is also moved back to the milk cup, which is the exact amount that is needed to balance the discrepancy and make them even. The 2 balance out to equal measures.
