Wonder if a grocery store would do very well with meat cuts in realistic sizes for singles or couples.
Like 8 oz steaks, 1lb roasts, 1lb pork loin, etc. without making them paper thin so you could cook them properly.
Tried going to a butcher an not only were all the cuts too big, the prices were outrageously expensive.
What ever happened to the meat departments with a butcher that would make cuts the size you want?
