Two things occurred to me when I looked at your post, well three things actually, nice kitchen, first off.
You will be the direct beneficiary of the aforementioned double oven setup. For example, say you have a nice looking steak, and have a hankering to cook it using the steakhouse trick of cooking it in a hot oven on a big piece of cast iron with a little oil, hot enough a drop of water will really pop when it hits it before you put the meat on, and a caramel flan is what she wants for dessert. It is a win win.
Think of it like a Challenger Hellcat. I can tell you that a 392 Challenger has more than adequate power to turn dead dinosaurs into thrust, tire smoke and glorious noises in a most satisfactory manner. The Hellcat is like an SRT turned up to 11, actually more like 12 or 13, but that is beside the point.
She wants a kitchen that is turned up to 11
