LOL! Actually, there is a funny true story about that. One of the lotteries (powerball? Can't remember) had an unusually high number of $100,000 winners. Winners scattered over many states. Investigation traced it back to the fortune cookie company in New York. How did the cookie company pick numbers? They had somebody draw them from a hat...
