Has your OBDII diagnostic scanner been able to clear codes before? If you're unsure, bring it by a MINI indy shop and they can clear the codes for you for a small fee. You have have BMW specific codes that require a BMW specific scanner to clear them.
Also, why did you replace the cat and O2 sensor in the first place? Did you have codes that pointed to them as the issue for your SES light?
