Sounds tasty!
Smoked a steak in SRG the other day. Judged the roasting time in the smoker (just below rare), with the time on the grill to put lines on it (1 minute per side) just perfect (med rare). It was super tender and juicy, but way too smokey. The total cooking time was 20 minutes. Next time will put the chips in the same time I put the meat in instead of waiting for the chips to start smoking before putting the meat in. Or maybe gill the lines on it while the chips are heating up to smoke. Not sure how that all works yet.
Sure have been enjoying delicious juicy burgers. Haven't tried Bacon Cheeseburgers yet.
