I park near a gym, wake up, work out for an hour and shower and dress into business clothes for the day to complete one of my last few weeks work engagements.
At the end of the day I eat, and spend the rest of the day at the gym cycling and lifting then change for the night.
Weekends I visit the gym 3 times a day. Its all I do now.
I can't feel anything when my body hurts...
