The market has flattened out, but $37k is way under market if the car doesn't have any stories and is well cared for.

It's a coupe. Im not sure if the paint is original although it claims to be in great shape. The top end has been resealed. Other than what the current owner has, I'm not sure if there is a ton of history with the car.
