I am sure Tabs there is a fine for not picking up your dog's doodoo. I make sure in our hood that people get fined for not picking up after their dog 2. For their dog attacking me
and 3. for a dog off leash in our neighboring schoolyard.
Tabs you are not a man of excellence. Nothing to be proud of. Highly disappointed in you.
