so true Kachi. when i'm exercising farily hard regularly I know a **** lunch and snacks will have me suffering that evening at the gym. I found the week leading up to a long ride for example will have me very careful about my meals because the price for eating poorly becomes very real.
it's like near instant feedback for bad food choices.
