Looks like I may be purchasing this 993. I had the car PPI'd and, other than some routine maintenance items, the car was deemed to be in really good shape.
I've never purchased a car out of state from a private seller and just looking for advice on making the transfer or the title and payment. The owner seems to be very straight up but at then end of he day, it's still something that we would both like to handle smoothly and securely.
We're going to complete a BoS and then I suggested he sign the title and send me a copy. Then agree to overnight me the original after the money has been wired. At that point I would arrange to have the car transported.
Does this sound ok? How does everyone else handle these types of situations? I appreciate any feedback.
