Did you find the person to do the ppi or did he? Can you talk to whoever has been servicing the car up till now?
Everything you are doing, copy of title and overnight after, is what I did. The only other thing was I called the shop that had been maintaining the car. I talked to the shop owner and mechanic. So I knew the car was real and the owner was legit. I felt better talking to a neutral party about the car. Otherwise I'm not sure I would have wired that kind of money.
