You probably won't think this is something you'd eat, but I've been eating it once in a while since I was young. Here goes: one can each of peas, green beans, corn, beets, garbanzos, black beans, & maybe any other thing you might like. I just open the cans and scoop & drain the vegetables onto a plate, put salad dressing on them and eat. I like bleu cheese, Italian, maybe vinegar & oil. It's fast, filling, and good. Some might complain about sodium content, but I don't eat it every day.
