Frozen standard beans/corn/peas mix with a little water.
Add dab of butter, S&P, basil to give it sweetness.
Cook about 10 minutes and done. Easy.
PB, mayo, alfalfa sprout sandwich.
Use a good whole grain bread like LaBrea from LA.
Nongshim ramen (pricey at a buck/per here).
Saute tofu in sesame oil and low sodium soy sos.
Toss in thawed shrimp, an egg or two, maybe a little black bean sos to thicken.
Green onion on top.
