Ya, this is sort of a follow-up on the "6 pack at 55" thread. We do eat a fair amount of lean chicken and quite a bit of fish too as well as pork. I'm just trying the part-time vegan thing just to see if I can cut down on the whole meat scene.
This week we tried a veggie curry dish with rice as well as a "low-fat" mac and cheese dish from one of my wife's recipe books. I felt really "light" after that and I kinda found the dishes quite tasty....so just looking for more recipes from the PPOT brains here!
