Yup. We built an identical system at Proctor and Gamble in the long beach harbor back in the mid 80's.
They used wood chips to fire a boiler to make steam and to run a big brown bavari turbine/generator.
Most efficient way to load, move, and unload a large volume of wood chips was in a semi trailer.
The truck would back up to the ramp, un-hitch, tie down the trailer, and it would hydraulically lift and empty the trailer of wood chips into a big conveyor.
Sometimes the driver fergits to move his tractor.
They tore the entire plant down 2 years after we finished the project, now it looks like this:
