Quickbooks is the go-to. We used Quicken for many years for basic check ledgers, but switched to iBank a while back. I don't remember why - my wife does the finances now and Quicken ticked her off over something so she switched. I'm not sure if iBank has a small business version, but we've been happy with it. I did my own books for years with Quicken and iBank was a very easy transition.
