Check with your region on seat requirements before you spend any $$. My region says seats are part of the restraint system and must be of equal type. SO, I would not pass tech if I had a fixed drivers seat and a stock passenger seat. I got around this by installing a Corbeau on the drivers side to give me more headroom and lateral support. Both seats recline and I use stock belts still.
