Search this section for doing the 944 to 968 mirrors. I think "968 mirror" should get you to the old thread with the links to the artical.

One thing the author may not mention is the metric wiring pins can be remove with a metric pin tool. He wants you to cut the wires and install an imperial or inch sized connector -- NOT!

I did respond to the thread and gave the brand name and part number for the tool.
