I ended up going a different route as I wanted a rangefinder like my old Contax and even a lot of the newer mirrorless cameras are set up to look like a SLR.
I got the Leica D-Lux 109 and absolutely love it. You might want to take a look at it as I'm sure you can get one with a grip, shade and a few other accessories for less than a XPro1 or 2 body. It has a fixed zoom lens that I was hesitant about but because it is so compact I end up carrying it everywhere and taking a lot more shots than I use to
