I'm guessing that the jumping of B and C disables the ISV?

I have asked this particular question so much, but I'll try again.....where EXACTLY is this screw? I need pics or an actual person to show up at my house and point it out to me!!!! I can't find the damn thing, nor the hole where it should be!
