Double whammy Vash. First the dog sitting and using your house like a toilet and secondly the old lost lady.
To me the age thing and lost seniors is not unusual. Happened to our hold neighbor when he was driving in his 80's. Drove somewhere and had to ask the police to get him home.
The lost lady you found likely won't find your house again much as she cannot find her own. Likely she does not have good children to give her guidance or assistance. She sounds like she is very much on her own. She could use home care or likely should be in a group home. Mentally she is past comprehending what she really needs.
Well done Vash for being a good samaritan. Now about that dog.....
