I have that exact setup and I can tell you that it greatly improved my shift functions and it seems to have a bit more snap to it when you get on the gas.
It is going to be more of a choice of if you can live with the buzz (if yours does the same) for the added benifits.
One other thing is that my exhaust is VERY loud and that may contribute to the buzz. Not sure though.
