That is the way I feel about my 68S, I enjoy and like it and thrash about in it but I sure did not pay $180K for it or $100K or 50 or 40 well you get the idea and I do not think I would enjoy it like I do if I had. But I can't any way.
It is strictly an academic exercise to discuses buying 6 figure plus cars with me and when the early S cars got into that territory the fun in buying and dreaming about the next one is gone with me because I got priced out of the game.
I think Matt M, is in that category also?
So to "Plumber" Sure there are a lot of cars I would love to drive the kiddies around in, desire is not what is holding me back, money is.
If I was an adviser to some one looking for a SWB S this one has signs of a amateur restoration and is priced a little high for the quality in my humble opinion.
But it is pretty.....
