I would guess neither. The current Rennlist format is the third iteration in as many years, with different software changing the look. Now it is the same software (vBulletin), and the organization is logicly similar (911, 944, OT, etc) it stands to reason there would be a similar look and feel.
In fact because of vBulletin, most internet forums, regardless of subject have a similar look and feel.
