Left to rot outside over 20 years ago...the previous owner rescued the car from sitting outside and in poor mechanical condition. It was brought back to life with a fair amount of labor and parts.
Last fall I couldn't pass this car up as the prior owners decided it was time to move on. It ran way too good to not have it follow me home. I've never bought a used car that drives as straight as this thing.
A full detail in my warm garage and a bottle of touchup paint later...
Again, hats off to the previous owners for saving the car. Now it's my turn to dump a ton of money into a car that ain't worth much...
I'd be WAY ahead by just buying a rust free, lower mileage, show ready 924 (is there such a car left anymore?), but that's no fun...
