You don't want to go on and start detaching tendons by doing too much weight with curls.
Use your body weight, harder to go wrong.
You can do push-ups and dips everyday to increase the side of your arms.
If your dipping pipes are low enough, you can do pull-ups (
like push-ups but you are pulling upward) which are double awesome and better for biceps than curls.
