Really depends on what it has for interior then. If it had its original interior it would be worth a lot more. That would include an original uncracked dash which is a bit unlikely for a car in that state. Being a 73 even if it doesn't have its original interior it's probably still worth $20k with no major rust issues. '73's we're pre galvanized though so rust will play a lot into the value of a car. If it's excessively rusty it could be worth as little as 5K. You really need to get into the car and look it over a little bit better.
