Gunnery Sgt. Carlos Hathcock, USMC.
He killed a young kid on a bicycle. He had been watching this kid riding his bike back and forth on top of a levee, with rifles is the basket one way, empty the other. His first shot knocked the front wheel out from under him and scattered the rifles. Intended as a warning. The kid didn't listen... The kid picked one up, inserted a magazine, and not knowing how far away that shot had come from, started spraying down the area. Just like he knew what he was doing. Just like he had done it dozens of times in the past.
The Gunny's next shot centered him.
