We lived in Hawaii when they were filming Tora Tora Tora. We sat on our front porch and watched the zeros fly around and were real happy they were not shooting real bullets. The bomb explosions were cool to see. My dad worked on base at Hickam AFB at PACAF and they still have big chunks of concrete blasted out of the facade of the building that are genuine bullet holes. They were still there in 2000 so I bet they still are as a reminder to anyone working there that we were attacked.
