One of my neighbors, the house it happened in front of, sent me her security camera footage.
Hit by a car. Car never slowed down or tried to avoid.
I believe it's one of the new neighbors farther down the street.
That neighbor actually stopped on her way back into the hood as I was removing Kibbles.
She was very upset when she saw Kibbles laying there in the street.
She has no idea it's probably her that ran the cat over.
She's a nice lady, reluctant to tell her.
