What allows that trapped moisture to escape between the layers of roof?
Those wood spacer strips run sideways.
Cheap pine also rots.
The massive heat and moisture wants to travel up vertically.
But there is no path available to the outside.
The peaks in the ribs would allow ventillation.
The roof is really not intended to leak. It can if improperly installed.
Don't know how he is venting at the top of his trusses and roof structure.

Random.
