A Porsche is a Porsche, and it's always better to have one than not. I see a lot of guys with project cars who may never get done with them. I advise they sell them and buy something they can enjoy. A few years ago I pulled a very original T5 out of a barn, the current owner was the Grandson of the 2nd owner, who got the car when it was a year old. He really wanted to do the car but really didn't have the money or the skills to do it right so he called me. I bought the car, it sold to a guy in Dubai, who had more than enough money. What did the young guy buy with my money, a very very nice 944, he brought it by the shop and I have to say it was impressive. So he could have sat in his garage and stared at a car he may never drive or he could be hauling arse around corners in a Porsche! I think he made the better choice.
