In watching the video(because I just can't look away...and watching it makes me laugh) It appears that her left hand is clearly on the wheel but her right looks as if the cell is in her hand and on the wheel in a feeble attempt. Her head also appear to be looking down and right.
Still one of the funniest videos on human stupidity.
