Yup, plain old hacksaw from the garage. We never have to cut bone in the field, so it makes no sense to have a dedicated "bone saw". I do, however, keep a folder like in your second pic in the bottom of my daypack. It's more for whipping up a temporary shelter, though. It's best work, though, is in filling our Christmas tree tag every year. Pretty deadly on those things...
