These people are nuts. That bed is way too narrow for putting in a new hedge. I always give my plantings a very generous spacing.
No wonder so many landscapes end up looking like doo doo after a few years.....no consideration for after care!
Then they go ahead and plant 7 gallon Podos. instead of 3 gallon ones....sheesh....
