I don't think a tall tiny house on a utilty trailer base will handle very well at all on the road. In most cases, it will cost as much for the "tiny lot" to put it on, as it cost to build it.
Unless, these tiny house travelers have a family owned pasture, or side yard where they could set up house, they will be stuck in seasonal campgrounds, and paying lot rent and utilities.
Another thing about the people on the tiny house TV shows....they are always renting/borrowing someone's truck to pull it down the road, with little towing experience......or else, they have to hire someone to move it for them ?!?
