I'm sorry I cannot help with a lawyer recommendation. Hopefully you can find a good one familiar with sexual harassment law. He or she will know how to handle this. It should be a slam dunk, in your favor.

I was in a similar situation a looong time ago. In my case I had been in a conversation with a buddy and a woman overheard us. She complained that our conversation made her uncomfortable. The company told me that constituted harassment. But since she didn't walk away or ask us to stop and it was a first offense.....I was allowed to resign.....with 3 months pay in my pocket. I had a new job in 6 weeks.
