WARNING: Do not read this post if you are easily offended by medical descriptions having to do with the male anatomy! It is not the intention of this post to sexually offend or harass anyone.
All I did was tell a woman from our HR department that was checking off the list of emplyees being tested about my foot ordeal while waiting to be able to provide a drug screening sample. Couldn't go and was the last one there. Which means there were no witnesses. My word against hers.
Most people that don't like to hear about that kind of stuff tell me they don't like hearing about it, not "suffer" through it then try to get me fired for it. Just don't understand how telling someone I had to sign a form to say it was okay to use the lab grown skin for skin grafting because it was made from foreskins was sexual harassment. She was really interested when told her about the powder Oprah called pixy dust grew 1/3 of my foot flesh back. And that one of the medications to promote healing was oak bark, and another was plain old honey.
HR Director told me I would have been terminated if my brother hadn't stopped them and that he wanted me to know that. Everyone I've talked to says I need to get a good lawyer and take them to court. That I have a very good case of being wrongfully accused and disciplined. That it is a big deal and effects my future earnings. Was told the HR Director should have stopped it way before it became or was considered a termination or disciplinary action and at most asked me to apologize if I offended her. Especially since it was a couple of comments in one conversation that lasted over an hour without any issues and not an on-going interaction.
I am still trying to calm myself from being very upset and pissed off.
