Court clogging madness. I don't know if or how much you value your job or employer but a solid counter suit on the company would be fun, but complicate your relation with them.
To begin with I don't know of the law of your state but sexual harassment suits are reflective of management or superiors over sub employee and if in fact proven to disrupt them. Its 'hard' to prove and if it relates to keeping a job, advancement, etc..
OP first mentioned as being a co-worker. Define in what capacity.
