No way I would have offered to apologize, insinuates guilt when there isn't any. If the word "foreskin" is sexual harassment now then half the country will be out of jobs. Although I'm sure she twisted the hell out of the story when making the complaint.
It's funny how a muscular 6'5" hunk slapping ass is harmless to some females, but if an unattractive/older guy that they don't find attractive so much as glances in their direction he is "staring at me like a creep". Selective harassment.
