I can only imagine how much worse this will make getting to the northeast side and burbs. My family moved to Atlanta in 1982 (about when Spaghetti Junction was built) when I was a kid, and I left when I finished engineering school in 1998. I am usually there once a year, for Christmas, and every trip reminds me why I never, ever want to live there again. It is the most utterly car-dependent city I've spent time in in the US.
