Just saying.......In the early 1990's there was a Mormon guy in charge of all administrative activity of our department. Like 87 children he had. One of his children mowed down someone in a car accident. Dead.
He was at the back end of this episode and said to me in his office, "If there is one thing I can tell you, it's that nothing is really as bad as you can conger up in your mind."
Easy for me to say chill, but I bet I am correct.
That said, an average atty in that arena, $2,500 for three hours work, can lay some knowledge on them that they may not want to hear.
