Have friends I visit in Asheville. Wanted to go solo as I was there for a week. Looked it up on the webs, $90 or so for the tour. I said God Damn and balked. Someday after my ship comes in...........
FWIW, you can buy $10k houses in the old rubber worker "hoods" in Akron all day long. No wheels and neighbors are questionable.
On a side note, did a drive through of the Biltmore location neighborhood and Andie McDowell was taking a walk with a friend and their dogs. Smiled and waved to me as I drove by.
